Jeff has always possessed a creative spirit. In kindergarten, he crafted a bookrack for his mom using leftover closet poles and veneer from kitchen cabinets. He carefully used a quart-sized paint can to trace half circles on each end of the rack and incorporated the closet poles for the sides.

His creativity continued to flourish in high school, especially in graphic arts. Jeff won 1st place in the state of Minnesota for his design and advanced to the national competition in Arizona, ultimately finishing 5th in the nation. Jeff thrives on challenges and creativity, feeling blessed each day and never taking anything for granted.

He believes that hard work, a positive attitude, determination, and motivation are the keys to success. As he always says, ‘Perfect is close enough.
